The Attendee Hub & App Are Now LIVE!

Note: We are still in the process of adding new features and making the schedule easier to follow – thank you for your patience! Please see the PDF AFS 2021 Schedule at Glance to quickly find session times. See the Attendee Hub User Tips  for tips on setting up your schedule and view presentations.

The AFS Annual Meeting “Attendee Hub” & App are now live! As soon as you can, check it out so that you can login, begin building your schedule, and check out all the events and features we have this year.

Please see below for a few important notes and if you have any questions, please send them to [email protected] or check out the FAQ page

Logging In: On your initial login, you’ll be asked to enter your name and email. Be sure to use the email with which you registered for the Annual Meeting! Afterward, you’ll be sent (via text message or email) a verification code – check your spam folder if you do not see it. Use this code to login.

Please note that if you’ve closed your browser or cleared your cache after logging in, you may be prompted again with the verification code process.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the attendee hub website. To familiarize yourself with how to use the attendee hub, AFS has posted this Attendee Hub Guide. Please review it so that you can get the most out of the meeting experience.

Profile: Don’t forget to create your attendee profile and make it visible to other attendees!

Schedule: The personal schedule you create in the Attendee Hub can also be accessed via the Cvent Event app (available for free in the App and Google Play stores) on your mobile device for those attending in person. Once you have the app downloaded and opened, search for “AFS” or “AFS151” to load our meeting, and then log in as above.

Send any questions you may have to [email protected] and we can’t wait to see you, virtually or in-person, in Baltimore!
