Registration will be located in the South Foyer in front of the Key Ballroom on the second floor of the Hilton (map) for the duration of the conference.

Notice: For your privacy and protection, AFS wants you to be aware that fake websites pretending to be the AFS registration website and host hotels have surfaced this year. These website operators are attempting to get your personal information and money for registration and housing.
The official hotels for the AFS Baltimore meeting are the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor and the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards. Please avoid scams and book directly with the host hotels.

All registration rates are in USD. AFS members can save up to $200 on registration rates. Members must login to their AFS accounts to receive discounted rates. All presenters, whether virtual or in-person, are required to register for the meeting.
Guest registration includes evening networking events, including admission to the National Aquarium on Tuesday evening, and access to the trade show exhibits.

Refund policy and Risk Free Registration:
Due to the uncertainty in our times, cancellations for any reason will be refunded until October 1st for 2021. Cancellations occurring from October 2nd to October 15th will receive a 50% refund. However, cancellations after October 15th will not receive any refund due to obligations that AFS will have committed to with caterers and event contractors.
In-person registrations may be converted to virtual attendance prior to October 15 with a refund provided reflecting the registration rate differential. However, after October 15, no refund of the rate difference can be provided. Virtual registrants may also switch to in-person attendance by paying the registration rate differential applicable at the date the switch occurs.

The American Fisheries Society will be meeting concurrently with the Coastal and Estuarine Research Federation (CERF) conference. AFS and CERF have partnered to provide discounts to those who wish to attend both conferences. You will find a discount code for AFS registration on your CERF registration confirmation message, and a discount code for CERF registration on your AFS registration confirmation page. The CERF meeting dates are November 1-4 and 8-12 in an online conference format, while the AFS Annual Meeting is an in-person meeting with virtual attendance option, lasting from November 6-10.
